Public Question Time – Questions on Notice

This form Online Public Questions on Notice Form can be completed if you wish to submit a question on notice to be tabled in a public Council meeting agenda. Please note, in accordance with Council’s Public Question Time Policy, that a maximum of three questions per person per meeting may be submitted on notice for the Council Meeting Agenda.  Additional questions will be treated as general correspondence, and a response provided in accordance with Council’s Customer Service Charter.

Council also accepts questions on notice that are submitted via email, post or delivered in person to the Council Chambers, but request that the information and format contained in the online form are used as a guide for the submitting and format of questions on notice received.
